It was pretty cool connecting the eclipse with our whole light theme for SLR- however it was hard to see here at camp- but still a very cool connection!
Sorry that the call from Tanzania to SLR didn't work out. Especially it being the first weekend, everything was a bit rough and uncertain.
Talking to you on Friday was definitely a source of hope and strength for me! Thanks for the prayers. And btw- I found a penny before worship on Friday night- right in front of the stairs just before I went to do the welcome- cue tears!
